Beyond pretty images and buzzwords, the essence of communication is sharing your story.
The only way to share effectively is with clarity, simplicity, and integrity. I've developed this philosophy over the past fifteen years working in writing, editing, design, radio, social media and brand consultation. I approach each project by understanding the big picture: what is the essence of the message? Then I make sure every detail (text, images, colour, style) supports that message.
My services reflect the versatility of my experience. From earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in writing and anthropology, to working most positions in offset and digital print shops, I'm passionate about all aspects of communication. With my knowledge of narrative, structure, and pacing, I will help you craft your message, coherently shaping and articulating your brand. At the same time, my prepress and bindery experience ensures the best results for your finished product.
Each communication piece is different, and my design is tailored to the project at hand. My work style is collaborative, detailed, and on deadline. I specialize in contracting to communications businesses that require occasional extra capacity, and am happy to work behind the scenes or directly with clients.
